This exquisite one-bedroom apartment was recently renovated to ensure the highest degree of quality and comfort. Both its rooms feature balconies overlooking the bustling city life down below. Situated in the Chueca district, just a stone's throw away from Gran Via and Puerta del Sol, you won't have to wander far to discover some of Madrid's best nightlife and trendiest shops. After a long day of sightseeing, enjoy a hydro massage from the wall-mounted shower, or just relax in front of the television and DVD player. This is one of our nicest apartments on offer in Madrid, and is the perfect place to call home for a few days, or even a few weeks.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. We meet all our guests at our Office at Calle de Apodaca 5, bajo (ground floor)
2. Please call an hour before reaching our office ES +34 667570988 Call
- Groups of 6 or more will be charged a security deposit of 50 euro/person
- Arrivals between 23:00 - 1:00 will be charged an extra 25 euro, past 1:00 - 40 Euro, after 3:00 - check-in only upon earlier arrangements.
3. During your check in you:
a) fill in our guest form,
b) facilitate the outstanding payment
c) provide us with your credit card details OR leave a cash deposit of 150 euro to cover any possible damage that might be incurred to the apartment or its contents during your stay. In case you choose to leave a deposit, it is refunded after check-out, once the apartment has been proved free of damage.
d) only upon payment you receive your keys

From Barajas Airport
TIP: If you have lots of luggage and are travelling outside peak times, a taxi is more convenient and will cost approximately ?25 to the office. If travelling in a group only one person will need to check in.

"Vaya por favor hasta la glorieta de Bilbao, coja la calle Sagasta en direccion Plaza Alonso Martínez, doblar a la derecha en la tercera calle que seria Mejia Lequerica. Continuar por esta calle y la primera a la derecha sera la calle apodaca, el numero 5 esta a la derecha.
Alternatively via the metro, take Line 8 (pink) to Nuevos Ministerios. Change to Line 10 (blue) and head in the direction of Puerta del Sur. Get off at Metro Tribunal.
Take the EXIT (Salida) marked C/Barceló, cross the wider street and take the Calle Barceló to your right. Take the first street to your left which will be C/ de Churruca, go straight and the first crossing street will be C/Apodaca, our office is located on calle Apodaca, number 5, close to the corner of Apodaca and Churruca (left hand side).
From Atocha RENFE
Take Metro Line 1 (light blue) in direction of Plaza de Castilla and get off at Metro Tribunal. Take the EXIT (Salida) marked C/Barceló, cross the wider street and take the Calle Barceló to your left. Take the first street to your left which will be C/ de Churruca, go straight and the first crossing street will be C/Apodaca, our office is located on calle Apodaca, number 5, close to the corner of Apodaca and Churruca (left hand side).
From Chamartin
Take Metro Line 10 (blue) and head in the direction of Puerta del Sur. Get off at Metro Tribunal.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT HOURS:
Check-out: 11:00. Check-in 13:00 - 23:00. Other times ONLY by arrangement.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
:
The minimum rental time is 3 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).
Check- Ins/ Outs:
Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
We have a 40 one time cleaning fee
This property is described and managed directly by the owner. While Rent City Apartments is not responsible for the description and management of this apartment, the company maintains direct contact with the owner and has posted the flat on our site because of the positive experience and reviews we have received regarding this flat
DEPOSIT: 300 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.
