* Bedroom: is accessed by stairs on the first floor of the loft with a queen size bed or two twin, extensive placards and bathroom. Air conditioning cold/heat.
* Bathroom toilette: on the main floor.
* Bathroom: en suite on the first floor, with bathtub.
* Kitchen: integrated into the living room, dining table with four chairs and fully equipped (refrigerator/ freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchenware, complete set of dishes for four people).
* Terrace: located on the second floor, with confortable sun loungers, chairs, umbrella and grill/BBQ.
It has a thick double glazing to provide a stay without outside noise and a more pleasant room temperature.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The minimum rental time is 3 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).
Check- Ins/ Outs:
Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)

Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
We have a 40 one time cleaning fee

While Rent City Apartments is not responsible for the description and management of this apartment, the company maintains direct contact with the owner and has posted the flat on our site because of the positive experience and reviews we have received regarding this flat
DEPOSIT: 300 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.
