Situated on the Riera Baixa Street (calle Riera Baixa), a street dedicated to the sale of music and clothing of the 70s, this apartment is 50 meters from La Rambla del Raval and 5 minutes from Las Ramblas and the Liceu underground station.

The minimum rental time is 3 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).
Check- Ins/ Outs:
Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)

Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
We have a 40 one time cleaning fee
