Flat located next to the famous Cathedral of Barcelona, the Santa Caterina market and the Palau de la Musica (the music hall). Ideal for people who want to enjoy the livelihood of the old town of Barcelona. This flat has been recently renovated completely, and consists of a very sunny living room with a balcony, kitchen designed specifically for the place, bathroom fully refurbished with design fittings, and a double bedrrom with a king-size bed. The whole flat maintains its original ceiling, where you can see the exposed wooden beam structure, so popular at the beginning of last century.
NOTES
:
Fully equipped kitchen with all its utensils (pans and casseroles, coffee maker, kettle...), and clean linen and towels are provided. There is a double bed in the room, and a double sofa-bed in the living room. The air conditioning device has cold/warm functions, so the heating is integrated with the air conditioning. There is also a small balcony overlooking the street.
* NO ELEVATOR.

The minimum rental time is 3 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).
Check- Ins/ Outs:
Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)

Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
We have a 40 one time cleaning fee

While Rent City Apartments is not responsible for the description and management of this apartment, the company maintains direct contact with the owner and has posted the flat on our site because of the positive experience and reviews we have received regarding this flat
DEPOSIT: 200 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.
