The apartment has a large living room with large windows and a lot of natural light. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. There are one double room with two beds and another bedroom with one double bed.
The apartment is equipped with all you need: fridge, washing machine, heater, air-conditioner, satellite TV, DVD, CD player, WiFi connection throughout the apartment.
It has also a supervisor, lift and service lift for luggage.

The minimum rental time is 3 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).

Check Out is at 11.00
(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)

BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
We have a 55 one time cleaning fee
