The living area is spacious and sunny. It is decorated with settleing basic furniture. It has a comfortable double sofa bed and a dinning table with 5 chairs.

The apartment contains two bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and one with two single beds. The second single bed can be pulled out underneath the other bed.
The sofa can be converted into a bed for two people.
The complete bathroom has a shower, bath, hairdryer, basin and WC.
Kitchen
Apart from providing a complete set of dishes and cutlery, the modern open plan kitchen is also equipped with:refrigerator,dish washer, freezer, microwave, hob stove and oven, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle and coffee machine.
It has a small bar with stools from where you can enjoy your breakfast looking over the street area.

BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
