3) Weekend Trip: Spend the whole weekend sailing and discovering either Costa Brava (North) or Costa Dorada (South). (Max: 6 guests)
4) Live aboard: Sail and discover Mallorca, Menorca, and Ibiza for one week (Max: 4 guests)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The minimum rental time is 1 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).
Check- Ins/ Outs:
Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals or late departures, but this is dependant upon previous bookings. Please note for late checkins, that there is a 30 euros surcharge for checkins earlier than 15:00 or between 21:00 and 24:00; checkins after 24:00 incur a 60 euros surcharge. We will also arrange a late check out if the apartment is available after agreement with a surcharge of 90 euros for check outs after 12:00.
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
We have a 110 one time cleaning fee

While Rent City Apartments is not responsible for the description and management of this apartment, the company maintains direct contact with the owner and has posted the flat on our site because of the positive experience and reviews we have received regarding this flat
DEPOSIT: 300 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.
