It is 5-minute walking distance from the beach, and the popular Born district, that is famous for its restaurants and bars. A scenic 10-minute walk along the sea to Las Ramblas. And if you don't feeling like walking, you have the metro stop Barceloneta on the corner, and bus stops directly in front of the apartment. The flat's most outstanding feature, however, is its views, which are one of the best in Barcelona.

BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
