On the other hand, in contrast with its historic location, the apartment is new and has all the comfort that the modern home features provide.
This one-bedroom apartment extends over 60m2. There is a double bed in the bedroom and the possibility of a foldable bed (either in the main room or in the living room) for a third person if needed. The apartment has a fully-equipped bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen. The whole apartment is sunny and has lots of natural light, it has three balconies that overlook Canvis Nous St. a quiet street with traffic restrictions (it is pedestrian except for neighbours). The apartment is located in the third floor of a completely renewed old building, whose facade was fully conserved, and all the interiors made new. It has a spectacular atrium and lift.

The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
