This two bedroom flat is located at the very center of the fashionable district El Born, just behind the Picasso Museum. The building was completely renewed in one of the first architectonic interventions of the district, for which it received one of the most prestigious architecture awards in 1992. It was the beginning of the blooming of the district, now a reference point in Europe. The building has a doorman and two lifts, and a peaceful and quiet inner area that contrasts with the lively quarter where it is located.
The apartment was completely refurbished in 2006, and exquisitely combines the historic features of the building with a modern and minimal style decoration and all the comfort of modern high-quality facilities and appliances. Parking is available on request (18 euros per 24 hr unlimited ins and outs) in a 24h secure car park only 100m away from the building.
The apartment is in a quiet pedestrian zone. Please respect the neighbours.

The minimum rental time is 3 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).
Check- Ins/ Outs:
Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
We have a 55 one time cleaning fee
There is parking service available for a 10 Euros per car/per night

DEPOSIT: 300 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.
