LIVING AREA:
The divine lounge has 2 comfy sofas, coffee table, artworks and a marble mantel, with doors onto its conservatory. The long conservatory is a fabulous space to relax and enjoy, with 2 cosy armchairs, side-tables and greenery, a very sunny diposition and of course the perfect Pedrera view. There is an additional, furnished cinema-screening room.
BEDROOM & BATHROOM
There are 5 bedrooms; 1 master double bedroom, 2 twin rooms and 2 single bedrooms. Every bright bedroom is fully embellished with paintings, vintage closets and quirky furnishings from another era, including its own piano! Its retro bathroom has a full bath with shower, basin, bidet, WC, with an extra WC separate.
KITCHEN
Apart from providing a complete set of kitchenware, the funky kitchen is also fully equipped with: Refrigerator, freezer, gas cooker and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle. The dining suite consists of a long table and seating for 6.

It is located in Barcelona's beautiful Eixample Dreta district in a typical bourgeoise-style building from the last century.
There's something for every taste in this area including a string of designer boutiques, impressive Gaudí architecture and a range of Spanish bars and eateries.
In such a central area, the cultural and historical attractions are all within walking distance, such as the stunning Passeig de Gracia, or can be easily accessed by public transport.

Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)

BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
