Walk out the front door of the apartment building and walk across the street and you will find yourself in the heart of the very trendy El Borne area, one of Barcelona's oldest neighbourhoods. El Borne is made up of an intricate maze of plazas and squares all interconnected by narrow, medieval streets where you will find lots of trendy boutiques and great bars, cafes and restaurants. Another option for the visitor staying at this great Barcelona apartment is to visit the Gothic Quarter situated right in the heart of the old town. This is the area that fits within the medieval walls and, until 150 years ago, made up the entire city of Barcelona. The area is a body of interconnecting narrow, cobble stoned streets where you can potter around for hours and explore the shops and restaurants.

The minimum rental time is 3 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).

Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals or late departures, but this is dependant upon previous bookings. Please note for late checkins, that there is a 30 euros surcharge for checkins earlier than 15:00 or between 21:00 and 24:00; checkins after 24:00 incur a 60 euros surcharge. We will also arrange a late check out if the apartment is available after agreement with a surcharge of 90 euros for check outs after 12:00.
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
One-time Final Cleaning Fee = 10 Euros per person (minimum cost 55 Euros)
DEPOSIT: 300 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.

1) >45 days to booking date, 50 % refunded from booking amount.
2) <45 days to booking date, 0 % refunded from booking amount
