In under 10 minutes walking you reach Las Ramblas and Gotico, and the beach are just a stroll from your doorstep.
The flat has been beautifully restored : arched brickwork, shutters and windows are played up by beech wood floors, cherry colours and design style.
It has 55 metres. 2 rooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom, a full-equiped kitchen, and a bright lounge. Central heating, cold air conditioning, ironing, hairdryer, tv-dvd-cd, wifi ADSL high speed internet, and bed linens and towels are provided.

This apartment is in the first floor and have no lift / elevator. There are few steps up to the apartment.

The minimum rental time is 3 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).
Check- Ins/ Outs:
Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)

Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
We have a 55 one time cleaning fee
