This modern apartment, in one of Barcelona's newest emblematic buildings in Diagonal Mar, is right on the seafront with fantastic sea views from a very large terrace.
A beautiful sandy beach is just across the road, and the building has two semi-heated swimming pools (for adults and children), a paddle tennis court, and a large lawn area for sitting / play.
The area is only 10 minute taxi ride to the centre of the city, or 4 underground stops. It is surrounded by designer park areas, and one block away from a modern shopping centre. The apartment has two bedrooms, each sleeping two people. There are 2 complete marble bathrooms, with bath and shower available.

Fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, double sink, dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble drier in utility room.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The minimum rental time is 3 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).
Check- Ins/ Outs:
Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals or late departures, but this is dependant upon previous bookings. Please note for late checkins, that there is a 30 euros surcharge for checkins earlier than 15:00 or between 21:00 and 24:00; checkins after 24:00 incur a 60 euros surcharge. We will also arrange a late check out if the apartment is available after agreement with a surcharge of 90 euros for check outs after 12:00.
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
One-time Final Cleaning Fee = 10 Euros per person (minimum cost 55 Euros)
DEPOSIT: 300 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.

1) >45 days to booking date, 50 % refunded from booking amount.
