The whole apartment has natural light, all exterior, and it offer relaxing nice sea views (in front of it there is the famous Hotel Arts and Torre Mafre).
The apartment is located 100 meters from the beach in front of the Olympic Port (with restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shops.) and the Hotel Arts, one of the most luxurious hotels of Barcelona. Surrounded by green areas, next to the metro station of Vila Olimpica, two stops you on the Plaza Catalonia and Las Ramblas. A 5-minute walk from the Born area, the historic center, the Port Vell and Barceloneta. It is a 10 minutes walk from the Maremagnum, area offer great fun like the Olympic Port.
The building of the apartment was built by the architects O.Bohigas, T.Mckay, J.Martorell, and was awarded FAD (Promotion of the Arts and Design).

Duplex with large living / dining room of about 65 m2 (with double sofa bed), there is a flat screen 46" connection to 4 satellites and more than 500 international channels, DVD, Home Cinema and PlayStation 3.
The apartment is a 4 bedroom apartment (double beds can be prepared for singles) with built-in wardrobes. There is a flat TV at each room. Each room has colour lights that can be used.
It has two complete bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with shower)
There is individualized radio at the 4 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms.
Nice sun terrace with SPA for 6 seats, chromo therapy and shower
Fully equipped kitchen with hotplate, double-hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, juicer, coffee, tea, water jug with filter, etc..

*** Please note that stag and hen parties and parties in general are not allowed and that groups of more than 4 males are not accepted in this flat. Gatherings and visits of the people who have not rented the apartment are not allowed. We welcome families and couples.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The minimum rental time is 3 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).
Check- Ins/ Outs:
Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)

Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
We have a 110 one time cleaning fee
There is parking service available for a 10 Euros per car/per night

DEPOSIT: 300 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.
