This Barcelona accommodation has a very quiet and relaxing aura to it and is extremely spacious covering 75 sq metres, with wooden flooring throughout. It has fantastic natural light as it situated on the fourth floor with its own balcony to the street. No elevator.
The living area in this private accommodation is exactly that. You will only find top class furnishings with not a sofa bed in sight! So you can relax without having to compromise your living area for extra bed space. Our aim is to allow our guests to feel completely at home in this exclusive Barcelona holiday modernist apartment. There is also a mini bar provided for your convenience
This beautiful Barcelona flat rental provides you with one single and two double relaxing bedrooms (with double bed each) with latex and ortopedik matrasses. Both of which have been furnished with great care and attention to detail. There is a large TV plasma in the salon and a sofa. An extra single bed is available on request. In this Barcelona holiday accommodation we have only chosen quality fixtures and bed linen.
The bathroom features brand new fittings and a fantastic power shower. A hairdryer, towels and complimentary shower gels are all provided for your comfort. However, bring your own beach towels!
The kitchen in this stylish old design apartment is fully equipped with everything you could want and more.

This tourist accommodation kitchen has been fitted with brand new equipment including washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave,dishwasher , oven and hob.
Conveniences such as iron and ironing board, kettle, coffee maker and a tea pot are also supplied. All the utensils are new and we even provide tea and coffee for you!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The minimum rental time is 3 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).
Check- Ins/ Outs:
Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
We have a 55 one time cleaning fee

While Rent City Apartments is not responsible for the description and management of this apartment, the company maintains direct contact with the owner and has posted the flat on our site because of the positive experience and reviews we have received regarding this flat
DEPOSIT: 300 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.
