The apartment is in an old historical building and has wooden floors throughout, as well as stunning original features such as wooden beams, 4 balconies make the apartment complete exterior and full of Mediterranean light.

The apartment itself can sleep up to 6 people comfortably and occasionally we accept 8 persons, with 2 double bedroom with 1 double bed each, one single bedroom with a single bed and two double sofa bed in the living room.
There are 2 bathrooms, one of them big and complete with bathtub and shower, wc and washbasin and the other one with shower, wc and washbasin. Big kitchens fully outfitted with kitchen equipment and table for breakfast.
Is fully equipped with juicer, bed linen & towels, iron & ironing board, hair-dryer, air-conditioning, fridge-freezer, blender, toaster, pots & pans, TV, hob cooker, shower, microwave, heating, bathtub, coffee maker, kettle, elevator and high speed internet connection.
The apartment captures the typical characteristics of the Born Quarter old building. The building (build in 1800) is been renovate to strict rules and guidelines which conserves the historic façade of the ancient gothic quarter. Is located in a beautiful and famous pedestrian street called Portal del Angel. We can tell you that this street is considered one of the most beautiful streets of Barcelona.

In the open lounge there are 2 sleeper sofas, glasstop, coffeetable, cabinet and display storage, audiovisual unit, with access out to the balconettes.

The master bedroom has 1 large double bed, sidetables and lamps, wardrobe, with a window over an inner courtyard.
The second bedroom has 1 large double bed ,sidetables and lamps, wardrobe, and lots of ligh. Its third bedroom has 1 single bed,sidetableand lamp, with a wardrobe.
In the lounge, the sofas are converted into 2 double beds.
There are 2 bathrooms. The first has a full bath with shower, separate shower,washbasin,WC and the second bathroom has a walk-in shower,washbasin,WC.

Apart from providing a complete set of kitchenware the kitchen is also fully equipped with: Refrigerator, freezer, electric cooker and oven, microwave, coffee maker,toaster,juicer,kettle,blender.
There is an extra dining area with a counter and barstools.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The minimum rental time is 3 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).
Check- Ins/ Outs:
Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
We have a 55 one time cleaning fee

DEPOSIT: 300 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.
