The buildings, nearly all of which have been reformed, are from the 20th Century and you will notice the variety in the decorated façades of the buildings as you walk through this area of Barcelona. Towards the bottom of L´Eixample it meets with Plaza Catalunya and the beginning of the Gothic Quarter. The Eixample is one of the prettiest and safest districts of Barcelona.

(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
We have a 110 one time cleaning fee
