Nice stylist apartment located in Barcelona in a very elegant building (its architect is the famous Carlos Ferrate, who also designed the nice park that is just next to the apartment). The apartment has the latest technology offering high comfortable accommodation. There are enjoyable Barcelona city views (great Sagrada Familia view, Gaudis famous church) as the apartment is located on the 12th floor of the building.
The apartment is located only 10 minutes from the beach, also about 20 minutes from the main city centre. There is metro and bus just beside, giving good communication and mobility.
As you walk into the flat you come across the kitchen straight forward and to the left the living room. The modern kitchen is big and links to the living room at both ends and balcony. At one end of the kitchen, there is a set of four white tall stools and luxurious table to enjoy the great views while having breakfast, dinner... The living room is fully equipped with comfortable sofa, dinning table, TV, Hi-fi, DVD.... The living room follows the master bedroom, very spacious with a fitted wardrobe; it is en-suite with a bathroom. This is a sunny lightly apartment with windows from all the rooms to the balcony.
The apartment has Internet Connexion, air conditioning and lift/elevator.

(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
We have a 55 one time cleaning fee
