This stunning apartment is a real treat. Located just a few minutes walk from the main hub of the city - Plaza Catalunya and amongst the beautiful modernist architecture and Guadi buildings of Eixample. With La Rambla just a 10 minutes stroll away this is a wonderful location for your stay in buzzing Barcelona.

The apartment is very bright and immaculately presented on the third floor. The living room has beautiful wooden flooring throughout, a large sofa which also converts to a sofa bed for 2 guests. There is a TV with Spanish terrestrial channels, a stereo with Radio- CD player, MP3 Player and a DVD player. The dining area has a smart glass dining table and seating for 6.
The main bedroom is bathed in sunlight during the day and is very attractively decorated. It has a large double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom also has a double bed
The bathroom is clean and bright with a large oval bath and overhead shower and a hairdryer is provided.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, including a microwave, oven, a full refrigerator/freezer, a coffee machine, a washing machine, kettle, toaster, and pots and pans.
The apartment is air-conditioned and heated throughout
The apartment is equipped with Wi Fi (wireless) ADSL internet access and a telephone accepting in-coming calls from your home country.

The minimum rental time is 3 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).
Check- Ins/ Outs:
Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
We have a 55 one time cleaning fee

While Rent City Apartments is not responsible for the description and management of this apartment, the company maintains direct contact with the owner and has posted the flat on our site because of the positive experience and reviews we have received regarding this flat
DEPOSIT: 300 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.
