We had a fantastic few days stay in Barcelona.
Our stay in the penthouse apartment was a good experience; you do not do it justice in your ad. The views of both the city and the sea were fabulous, particularly from the superb roof terrace.
The location out of the city suited us very well as it was near the beach, a large shopping mal and particularly the metro which we found to be very efficient.
Areas which we feel could be improved on are as follows:
Blinds are difficult to operate.
Where is the safe?
Shelves in the wardrobes would be useful.
Towels of a more superior quality.
An information pack on Barcelona, with local knowledge on bars, restaurants etc would be useful.
We certainly would use your company again and have already recommended you to friends.

Regarding feedback our observations are:
The location away from the city center was better than we expected with really excellent frequent underground train service.
Apartment was very good and we really had no complaints. We make the following observations as requested to help make it even better. As foreign visitors a small file with local information would have helped: eg. Shop opening times, as we didnt have breakfast food etc available until the shop opened at 10.00hrs, and in france and UK opening is much earlier for food.
Blinds in the rooms were tricky to operate and towel quality not in keeping with the standard of the property. Blind on the main toilet / bathroom window would have given a sense of privacy but really doubtful if needed at such height (18 th floor)!
