La Maison est situe 2 kms. de la frontire espagnole et 15 minutes de Font-Romeu, Les Angles, Pas de la Casa... Idal pour skier.
A peu de kms. se trouvent des eaux thermales de l'poque romaine et pour les amateurs stations aussi bien du ct franais qu'espagnol.
Pour les passionns de golf, trois golf environ 15 minutes.

The minimum rental time is 2 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).
Check- Ins/ Outs:
Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals or late departures, but this is dependant upon previous bookings. Please note for late checkins, that there is a 30 euros surcharge for checkins earlier than 15:00 or between 21:00 and 24:00; checkins after 24:00 incur a 60 euros surcharge. We will also arrange a late check out if the apartment is available after agreement with a surcharge of 90 euros for check outs after 12:00.
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
We have a 55 one time cleaning fee
There is parking service available for a 10 Euros per car/per night

DEPOSIT: 300 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.
